Stage 5 (Code Phase) spawns claude --dangerously-skip-permissions as a subprocess per task.
It can authenticate via your Claude.ai subscription (no token cost) or a dedicated API key.
Keys are stored in the BYO Key Vault (encrypted, never in .env).
When no key is stored, CoderAgent uses the ~/.claude credentials mounted from the host VM.

Ticket must exist in your configured Jira project. The pipeline will pull the issue, extract a structured spec, analyse architecture, generate an implementation plan, enrich all tasks with code context, then pause at Gate 1 for human review.
